As the holder of the web pages associated with MINUSHU S.L., applications developed by MINUSHU S.L. and NUSHU supplement (hereinafter referred to as the Services), and responsible for the automated files derived therefrom, MINUSHU S.L. guarantees full and complete compliance with the obligations established by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as those set forth in its Development Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 (hereinafter LOPD and RLOPD) and other applicable regulations. This statement is to inform users of the data protection policy followed by MINUSHU SL.


Personal information

Personal information is what allows us to identify a person, such as the email or the first and last name.
To access the Services, the User must register using a form, which will ask for personal data. This user must be of legal age and legal guardian of the minor and/or a person of legal age who have the power of attorney for minor children, in case the application is used by a minor. We do not collect personal information of minors. In the event that we collect them for any reason, we would always do so with the consent of their parents and/or legal guardians and/or people of legal age who have the power of attorney for minor children. If a minor registers for our Services pretending to be of legal age, the account and the subscription will be nullified.

The personal information collected (name, surname and email) allow us to communicate with you when needed.

In the application, children can write down their name to customize the interaction with the main character. This information stays on the device, and we do not have access to it.

In the event that a person who does not have an account in the application, we will ask for an email in order to send a message with information to complete the registration. We will keep that email maximum one day on our servers, and will proceed to be deleted later if the person does not complete the registration. The user of the Services explicitly accepts the transfer of all data planned and described in this document, even if it is for a short period of time.

To collect and store this data, we use third party services, such as Amazon and Stripe. Personal data will be stored in an Amazon server located in Ireland, and bank data will be processed by Stripe.

If by chance a minor will contact us without us being aware of their age, parents and/or legal guardians or people with power of attorney for the minor must notify us by email at to inform us of what happened. We would then proceed to erase the data or obtain the necessary permission to file them correctly.

We are aware of the importance of protecting the privacy of children, so we encourage tutors to be aware of the content that children access through the Internet or mobile applications. In any case can we be held responsible if, due to external causes that the company has not considered or can not control, we received personal data from a minor, as it is the responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians or people with power of attorney for the minor to monitor the activity of the children.

Anonymous information

Anonymous aggregated information is used for improvement of the Services. In no case does it allow us to identify the user. The Services do not collect personal information from the children who use it.

  • a) Applications

    To collect anonymous information in the applications, we use Unity Analytics. You can find more information about this service here: . In turn, Unity stores this anonymous data on an Amazon server. You can find more information about this service here

    To ascertain whether the applications work correctly, we store the following data:

    • - the ID of user’s devices
    • - number of active users
    • - how long each session lasts (since the time the user opens the app until it closes)
    • - how often does a user use the application
    • - in which cities and countries the application is downloaded
    • - what operating systems the devices use
    • - what kind of devices and device models are used
    • - how many times a mission has been downloaded
    • - how long it takes a user to close a mission
    • - how many times a user initiates an interaction and how many times ends it, and at what point

    These data will not be made public and we will only use it internally.

    Apart from the collected data, the application will also ask for access to the camera. Under no circumstances will MINUSHU S.L. use the camera of the devices that downloaded the application for any reason, other than to support the Augmented Reality functionality. The application doesn’t access the user’s photos and videos. This permission is requested with the sole purpose of ensuring the functioning of the Augmented Reality.

We can modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with legislative or self-regulatory requirements. Therefore, users are advised to visit it periodically. Registered users or Subscribers will be notified through the applications developed by MINUSHU S.L if there are any changes in the Privacy Policy, in the Legal Notice and/or in the Contracting Conditions. In order to continue to use the Services of MINUSHU S.L., these must be accepted.


We adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology according to the established by the RLOPD. However, we can not guarantee the absolute impregnability of the Internet and therefore the violation of the data through fraudulent access to them by third parties.


Part of the services that MINUSHU S.L. offers its users use cookies. The cookie is a small information sent by a website and stored in the user's browser, so that the website can consult the previous activity of the User. Cookies can only be read by the website that sent them to the team. It is not an executable file nor can it propagate or contain a virus. MINUSHU S.L. uses this data with the ultimate aim of improving its services. The information MINUSHU S.L. stores through this mechanism allows to recognize the User in their different visits to the website. The User can configure his or her browser to accept or reject the cookies. MINUSHU S.L. is not responsible if the deactivation of cookies prevents the proper functioning of the page.

Users must provide truthful information and are responsible for notifying us of any changes therein. We are not responsible if Users have provided false information or have not updated it properly.

Users can access, cancel, rectify, and oppose the data we have collected. To do this, they can log in to the website and modify the data provided in their profile or even erase it. The information collected by MINUSHU S.L. will not be made public openly. Only the people of the company who needs it to work, services we use to collect them (which serve to improve the application and the service we give to Users) and external companies that we hire with the purpose of carrying out the Services offered by MINUSHU S.L. that are used and/or contracted by the User.

We may give access to data to outside bodies if we are required by law, if there is a court proceeding, to protect the rights and property of MINUSHU S.L. or to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringement, or any other conduct that requires the investigation of collected data.

MINUSHU S.L. Can share the collected information if the company changes owner or if it is annexed to another company.


By using the Services, providing your data to us and/or subscribing, you explicitly accept the data transfer to the third parties described in this document. Cessions will be carried out to provide the Services and to use the data for the reason it was collected. You also explicitly give us permission to transfer data internationally in order to fulfil the purpose of the data collection.


It may be that, at some point, our Services carry publicity. This advertising will be suitable for children, and will not go against the General Advertising Law of Spain.

We won’t include ads that can redirect the child outside the app.

Advertising will be the same for all users. We won’t store personal information of children to personalize the advertising they receive.

Our application is aimed at children under 13 years of age, so we do not collect personal information, we do not place ads within the app that are not suitable for the target audience, and the ads are not personalized, as they mark the Organic Law of Data Protection (LOPD) of Spain and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States.

Only the Spanish version of this document is legally valid. This document has been translated into Catalan and English to ease understanding of the information needed in contracting of the Services by Users in these languages, but these versions are not legally valid.
