I can’t access my account.
To log into your account you must first verify it by clicking on the link in the verification email. If you haven’t done so after 24 hours, the link will expire and you will have to re-register. This may be the reason you can’t access your account.
I can’t change my data.
Make sure you have cookies enabled. If not, you won’t be able to make changes. It can also happen if you're using your browser's incognito option.

What’s included in the subscription?
You get unlimited access to all previously published missions and to new ones that appear every week in both hardcopy and augmented reality activated through our NUSHU AR application. Augmented reality gives you access to dialogues and games.
I am an ARA subscriber, but the subscription plan doesn’t show the discount I was promised.
You may have created your account directly at www.nushuadventures.com and not through the specific ARA reader registration. If so, you’ll need to delete your account from your profile and create another one from the link you will find in the subscriber area provided by the ARA.
I am a teacher at a school and I would like to use NUSHU in class, but I can only install the application on one device.
The current version is designed for families and it can only be installed on one mobile device. We are working on a NUSHU AR EDU version for schools. If you are interested, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will notify you when it becomes available.
I can’t download the missions.
Make sure you have your device's storage permission enabled.
Everything is black. I can’t see anything.
Make sure you have the camera turned on. The NUSHU AR app needs to have specific permission to use the camera and it’s easy to forget to enable it.
I can’t see NUSHU.
NUSHU likes natural light. Make sure you have enough light and that the Lavonic dialogue boxes can be seen. Focus on them and wait a little. If you still can’t see anything, remove the device, shake it and refocus. If you still have the same problem, it’s possible that there was an error in the download. Check that you have storage permission enabled. If not, enable it and download the application and the mission again.
The app stopped working.
That’s dreck! It's strange, but if it happens, close the application correctly and re-open it.
The NUSHU AR app is very slow.
Make sure you don’t have too many applications open at once. If so, it can be a bit slow. The speed will always be determined by the capacity of the device and the memory that the applications need.
Why can’t I download the missions? They appear disabled.
If they are deactivated it is because either you have not entered your user account details correctly or you haven’t activated the payment subscription, depending on which profile you have.
The game has stopped.
It is possible that if move your device too far away from the paper to see the 3D really well, you end up focusing your device on both codes or Lavonic messages at once. This creates a problem in the system and the game has difficulty restarting.
I do not understand what the game is about.
Earthling, I bet you just started playing it without looking at the instructions, didn’t you? We understand. But if you don’t know what you should be doing, check out the tutorial that accompanies each game.
The 3D comes out back to front.
Move the camera away from the marker and refocus it. Sometimes, if the light is poor or the perspective is faulty, NUSHU comes out back to front. Poor little Lavonic!
